((//washes in from the sea hi
came from this thread:
Forgotten Darkness <- if you click this you will become an awesome person
so click it))Ah,Lenaria. The thin wisp of smoke running through the air, the merry cheers and laughs of its townsfolk, and the small clinks of the hammer by the blacksmith's shop in the distance. T'was truly a friendly, bustling place that seemed ever-disgustingly welcoming. A small, wooden boat carrying a human and two Wikens stopped by a small, empty port by the beach-side. It didn't seem like a lot of people went here, which was pretty good, actually. Fiorex and Valandil put on their hoods, concealing their unique, Wiken characteristics. Even though Lenaria accepted all races, you could never be too careful, you know.
The trio walked into town, a flurry of people bustling around. There were children- muddy and running around, laughing and squirming, women carrying baskets of bread, and sometimes, there would be drunk men carrying a bottle of ale as they staggered along the gravel roads, their faces shining red. Sometimes, they would pass by the small shops- some selling clothes, wherein women whisked their needles skillfully, some selling flowers and decorative items, and others selling fragrant loaves of bread and pastries. Blacksmiths dipped metal into a water bucket, making it sizzle and smoke, set it on the fire, and clanged on it again with a hammer upon their anvil. A long array of bows, arrows and swords lined their windows.
"I've never been to Lenaria b'fore- or anywhere outside the Wiken boundaries, for that matter," Fiorex smiled excitedly, "There's so many things, it's so hard to just believe it all!" He tugged at Valandil's cloak, pointing to a shop window. A faint smile dusted across his face- something never exactly seen before. Fiorex just seemed to have so much fun just seeing all of this.

She smiles at Fiorex's curiosity and excitedness. She walks up to them and asks. "I could give you a tour if you want." She smiles at the two of them, equally glad to be home. "I'm sure there's plenty of things you want to see in Lenaria"
She walks into one of the stalls and buys some loaf of bread. She offers them to both Fiorex and Valandril. "I'm sure you guys are hungry."

Wiken called Luca here. It was so peculiar that he would be made to go to Lenaria, of all places. It reminded him a bit of Verde, what with all the hustle and bustle of... people... It reminded him again of his own loneliness, and the darkness... Well, in Druren, he could easily satiate and fill the Darkness, but here? Luca had no idea what to do next. A certain pocket of the dark Wiken land transported here- there were many such places in Druren, little gaps of space-time that allowed you to teleport to a different place, which may be far, far away. He encountered certain problems:
First of all, the brightness stung him. He was not used to it- it had been a long time since he was thrown out of Verde, and Druren's mornings were also quite dark. Standing under the sun made him feel like he was being cooked, it was something his pale skin could not handle.
Second, he did not know where in Lenaria he was. He knew he was in Lenaria because of what he had studied before in Verde's House. But he doesn't even know where whatever he was searching for was. Might he just encounter it somewhere along the way?
Third and lastly, how could he possibly feed? He needed pleasure to subsist, and there were always some ready to satiate him in Druren. But here? Highly unlikely.
So now, Luca found himself walking aimlessly.

The two Wikens accepted the bread, because, who the heck wouldn't accept bread? Atrocious bastards.
"This tastes so different from the bread at home," Fiorex laughed, "It tastes so... foreign." With his hood on, he actually seemed to give off the look of a young human boy, as disgusting as it sounded. He gave off the appearance very well. Hardly seemed like a Wiken.
"Actually, I think a tour would be nice, wouldn't it, Val?" Fiorex mumbled, chewing. Valandil nodded. "The last time I have been here was fifty years ago. A lot has changed," he confessed.

She bites into the bread as well, and swallows. "Fifty years? Wow Legolas. You look like you haven't aged at all!" She gives a hearty laugh. "Well then! I would be glad to give you a tour!"
She turns around, but then realizes, her uniform is filthy. "Oh... wait... Can we go to my place first? I need to change my uniform." She gives a smile. "After, we can go anywhere you want to go!"

Luca finally sees the odd group of people he helped in the Druren forests. Perhaps he could approach them?
"Hello!" Luca greeted them with a small bow. "It's great to see that you have managed to exit Druren safely. I'm sorry for leaving you so suddenly."

"Legolas?" Valandil furrowed his brow.
Fiorex turned around towards Collete, arms to his chest and giddy- just like a kid. "Sounds like a plan," he smiled. "This place is so... so cool!" he laughed, running around the gravel path- until a certain someone appeared before them.
"The Dark Wiken from before?" Valandil said in a hushed tone, not wishing to alarm any of the people around them. They didn't seem to notice, though.

"Half-Dark, actually." Luca commented. "My other half is Verde, so I'm not entirely a child of Druren. In fact, I'm from the main Verde family. This may be too late for introductions, but I am Luca Verde." He bowed again, as in shame. He was afraid of being looked down on, like when he was rejected by Verde.

She smiles at Valandil. "Some elf-archer guy from some South Nirvanan movie I heard about." She laughs. "I think it suits you."
She laughs, looking at Fiorex's antics. He looks like a child inside a candy store. "We can go to the palace, grab a coach and ride to my place. Or would you rather..."
She notices the Wiken that was with them in the Druren. "Oh! It's Green Hairs... How'd he/she get here..." after the introductions, she offers him a piece of bread. "Here. Thanks for the tea back there."

"Thank you, you are most kind." Luca acknowledged. "Though I do not subsist upon your human foodstuffs, I shall try to partake of it." He nibbled on the bread, and realizing that he was still hungry, stopped and kept the small remainder in a bread pouch.
"Would it be fine if I walk with you here in Lenaria? I do not know this place very well. In fact, I do not even know why I'm here." Luca frowned.

Fiorex looked at Luca, his eyes still excited. "Of course you can come!" he laughed, "I mean, why not?" Valandil gave a glance at Fiorex. Yeah, he was happy- which is good but, are we sure about this? Well, no worries, Valandil thought, I will answer to whatever nonsense might come to this trip. I am responsible for Fio, anyway.

"Thank you. Thank you very much!" Luca said, smiling. "Though expect that I will leave at night, for uh... that's the time when I feed." He blushed at the thought. He most certainly would not want any of them to see him, especially the tall white-haired Wiken.

She tilts her head, while Luca explains how he does not need human food. "Oh? then what do you consume to 'subsist' then?" She asks innocently. "If it's meat, I would be glad to buy you whatever you require."
She gives a bow. "You people are in my City, which means you are my guests." She smiles at them. "In Lenaria, all are welcome, and all are at home."
She walks towards the fields in the distance. "My home is right there. Just a quick change, and restock. Then we're good to go!" She says, as she points to the trees in the distance. "I live near the forest, you you might feel more at home."

"Oh, I see," Fiorex nodded, his hood still somehow being able to conceal his cat-like ears. "Ah, and I almost forgot. My name's Fiorex. That tall guy is Valandil, and this girl's named Collete." Valandil nodded. "It is a pleasure to meet a descendant of the Verde clan."
Silence prevailed between the four.
"So-o," Fiorex said, rocking back and forth, "Should we go now?"

"Well... Um... I feed on pleasure. So that's a couple of things. So I don't think...." He murmured. "And also, well, I'm not really part of the main Verde, I was kind of um... kicked out, since I'm half-Druren." He shuffled awkwardly. How was he going to get himself to the closest red-light district? It does not seem like he should bother any of these nice people for that...
