Due to his particular knowledge on international policy, he was appointed as ambassador to South Nirvana. He currently resides in a flat somewhere in the Capital.
Personality: Somewhat charismatic, tactless, yet witty. He is studious, materialistic, and sometimes, careless. He is usually laid-back, and rarely angry. If someone pisses him off, he tends to shock them (literally and figuratively).
Likes/Dislikes/Habits: He likes cats and snakes. He also likes tea scents. While he could handle electricity with ease, he has no particular liking for the showy lights and technology of South Nirvana. He enjoys tea breaks and being clean. He dislikes people who are "really intellectually inferior", but masks this with tolerance and uncaring. If given a chance, he would rather work as an ambassador to Lenaria, where his mother currently resides. Strome also has an ordinary pet snake named Alexander.
